March/Rally of Remembrance & Hope

Our March of Remembrance is a community event for people to peacefully march or rally (depending on the location) together in remembrance of the tragic events of the past and in hope of a better future.

Please join us in honoring the memory of the 11 million people who were murdered during the Holocaust and to celebrate the lives of those who survived.

See you there!

At a time when divisiveness is threatening our communities, our remembrance march/rally is an important community event to show solidarity and support of one another.

Join us for our peaceful March of Remembrance and Hope, a symbolic tribute to the victims of the Holocaust. Town officials will offer brief remarks, underscoring the importance of unity and remembrance at the start of the march at Ricalton Square in Maplewood, NJ.

The walk will proceed down Maplewood Avenue, up Baker Street, and conclude at Morrow Memorial United Methodist Church.

Rain or shine, this approximately 10-minute walk will be led by community members and participants of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds.

Let us walk together in solidarity as we honor the memory of those who perished,  reaffirm our commitment to never forget, and take action by standing against antisemitism, hate and discrimination of any kind.
